Pea Green advised Harrow Estates on the extension of the hugely successful Woodford Garden Village and prepared an Environmental Statement for submission with the planning application. The 540 home scheme includes a neighbourhood hub, large areas of green space and proposes 50% affordable homes.

Pea Green prepared the Environmental Statement on behalf of Redrow homes for a 1,450 home plan on the western edge of Wrexham. Key challenges related to nutrient neutrality, which necessitated an onsite treatment works, and a complex local planning environment.
